Due to an ageing population in the UK, the demand for access to healthcare is continually growing. This has resulted in significant pressure on the NHS, particularly for Cancer, RTT, Diagnostic and Surveillance pathways.
Your Medical Services aims to support NHS Trusts and private healthcare organisations by reducing waiting times and ENT patient backlogs, allowing them to become compliant and provide outstanding care.
We operate a true seven-day service solution for weekdays, weekends and evenings, maximising efficiency and utilising unused capacity within ENT outpatients’ clinics and elective theatres.
Our Clinical Teams are experienced and can support both Adult and Paediatric ENT and can offer support in Triaging referrals, Driving Patient Initiated Follow Ups (PIFU) and streamlining diagnostics freeing up valuable appointment slots to allow extra capacity to be delivered.
We will work with you to identify available capacity within the department on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Next, we will collaborate with you to produce a Trust-specific operation policy that details all local policies, procedures and patient pathways.
A team of Consultants, Nurses, Anaesthetic Staff, Theatre Nurses and Support Staff will then be handpicked by us and approved by you to work in your Trust.
Our team will carry out the service to reduce waiting times and patient backlogs.
Following the first week, we will review the service with you and, if necessary, make any required adjustments.
Weekly telephone calls and monthly conference service review calls will be established, so we can ensure the quality of service remains high and allow two-way feedback going forward.
