Due to an ageing population in the UK, the demand for access to healthcare is continually growing. This has resulted in significant pressure on the NHS, particularly for Cancer, RTT, Diagnostic and Surveillance pathways.

How can we help?

Your Medical Services aims to support NHS Trusts and private healthcare organisations by reducing waiting times and Theatre patient backlogs, allowing them to become compliant and provide outstanding care.

We operate a true seven-day service solution for weekdays, weekends and evenings, maximising efficiency and utilising unused capacity within theatre departments supporting General, Urology, Gynaecology, Oral and Maxillofacial, Ear Nose and Throat, Breast, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopaedic and Ophthalmology activity.

Our Clinical Team, can manage a full end to end service which can include, Booking and Admin, Pre assessment, Consultant Surgeons and Anaesthetists, ODP, Scrub, Recovery and Ward Nurses all highly skilled healthcare professionals from NHS backgrounds.

Step 1

We will work with you to identify available capacity within the department on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Step 2

Next, we will collaborate with you to produce a Trust-specific operation policy that details all local policies, procedures and patient pathways.

Step 3

A team of Consultants, Nurses, Anaesthetic Staff, Theatre Nurses and Support Staff will then be handpicked by us and approved by you to work in your Trust.

Step 4

Our team will carry out the service to reduce waiting times and patient backlogs.

Step 5

Following the first week, we will review the service with you and, if necessary, make any required adjustments.

Step 6

Weekly telephone calls and monthly conference service review calls will be established, so we can ensure the quality of service remains high and allow two-way feedback going forward.
